Sources say that despite an early indication that the developer did Criterion and publisher Electronic Arts Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, that was originally intended to offer additional downloadable content for the PC version of the game, has now been canceled.

While the PC version of the game will not get the DLC if you got the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of the game will still be supported with bug fixes and patches to address the problems you have that version. More recently, a new patch was released for the PC version that leads to the 1020 version and crushes a series of errors. As a bonus, PC users will also have three new cars for free as part of this review.
